- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your order details.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling fee.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas & Villages: 7–10 business days

4. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can track the live status of your shipment using this link.
6. Delays in Delivery
While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is lost in transit or delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof.
- We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution (replacement/refund).
