Refund and Returns Policy

At Sajoria Décor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.
  • Certain products such as customized items, clearance sale items, or gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  2. Share your order ID and pictures/videos of the product (in case of damage or defect).
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return pickup process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement & Exchange

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items purchased with store credits or vouchers

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
