1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.
- Certain products such as customized items, clearance sale items, or gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

- Share your order ID and pictures/videos of the product (in case of damage or defect).
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return pickup process.
3. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Replacement & Exchange
- If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
